2Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an at444 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and for the entire duration that your account remains active:
- You are at least 21 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time you access the platform.
- You provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
- You maintain only one active at444 account. Opening a second account — whether under the same identity or a different one — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction issued by at444 or any other gaming platform.
at444 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact at444 support immediately.
3KYC Identity Verification
at444 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC is a mandatory one-time procedure and may be required again at any time at the platform's discretion. The following documents are required for KYC verification:
- A clear photograph of the front and back of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or Bangladesh Passport.
- A recent selfie photograph holding your NID or passport next to your face, taken on the same day as the submission.
- Proof of ownership of the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals, where applicable.

4Deposits and Withdrawals
at444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. at444 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are the responsibility of the player.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method registered in the same name as the at444 account holder.
- KYC-verified accounts receive prioritised withdrawal processing, typically within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Non-verified accounts may experience longer processing times pending manual review.
- at444 may delay or decline a withdrawal request if the account has not completed KYC, if the transaction is flagged for security review, or if the player has an outstanding wagering requirement on an active bonus.

All funds deposited to at444 must be used for gaming activity only. at444 does not operate as a financial institution and does not pay interest on player balances. Players may not use their at444 account as a payment conduit, currency exchange mechanism, or money transfer service.
5Bonuses and Promotional Offers
at444 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins or other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to the following general conditions:

6Responsible Gaming
at444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices for all players in Bangladesh. - Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to interact with at444 games, odds feeds, or account functions in place of genuine human participation.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event offered on the at444 platform.
- Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, or using the at444 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with at444 support.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
8Intellectual Property
All content on the at444 platform, including but not limited to the at444 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, source code, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of at444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the at444 platform without prior written consent from at444.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the at444 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicence, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit any part of the platform.
9Limitation of Liability
at444 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, at444 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. at444 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall at444, its directors, employees, partners, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any loss of funds, loss of data, or business interruption, even if at444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. at444's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10Amendments to These Terms
at444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, at444 will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. at444 may also notify players of significant changes via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, though this notification is not guaranteed for all updates.
Your continued use of the at444 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
